Our return policy

Is the item you ordered the wrong size or does it not fit? You can return it within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

Items returned within 14 days of receipt of your order must be in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, showing no signs of use, and with the labels attached to the products.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, MAISON HALLEUX SRL will grant you a credit note for the value of the sums paid, with the exception of shipping costs, in the form of a discount voucher that can be used for one year.

In the case of a sale or promotional item, we refuse the return of the item. No refund will be made.
