Our return policy

The item you ordered is not the right size or does not fit? You can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. 

Items returned within 14 days of receipt of your order must be in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, with no trace of use, and with the labels attached to the products.

How to proceed with the return:

As a precaution, keep the box and packaging in which you received your purchase.

Please go to the Mondial Relay website.

Go to "send a package".

Choose "Belgium" and enter the weight of your package

Click on "I fill in the details of my recipient".

Then select "Total Louveigné", our partner for returns.

A new window will open to validate the information. Check that they are correct and click on "complete my shipment". Note that the price of the return may vary depending on the country of shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned item, a credit note will be sent to you for the amount of your purchase. You will be able to use it to select another size or even change the product.
