Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of your order to cancel your order, without having to give a reason. This right of retraction is exercised in writing addressed to Maison Halleux srl (address below) by recalling the number of your order as indicated in the confirmation. We advise you to send us this retraction by e.mail to the address contact@lookhippiechic.com.
In case of withdrawal, you must return the products in perfect condition for resale and in their original packaging duly sealed at your expense all or part of your order to the address of Maison Halleux srl - Look Hippie Chic, 45 rue de l'ESplanade - B4141 Sprimont. Belgium at the latest in the following 8 days. We will refund your order within a maximum of 30 days.
Can I exchange an item?
Personalized items will not be exchanged. Before validating your order, you must check the order summary, as well as your delivery details. The payment is made exclusively online and definitively validates your order. An invoice is sent with your order.
After sale - Liability
In the event of a defect in the product, you must return it to us within the time limit of the guarantee for hidden defects. If the defect is found, Look Hippie Chic will return an exchange product or, in case of unavailability, will refund you the defective product for the price paid and the return shipping costs. Look Hippie Chic will not be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. The products can only be used in accordance with their use; we invite you to read the precautions for use on each package.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from the carrier you have chosen, when your package leaves with the link to track your order. We advise you to track your package. Do not delay to claim if your package has not arrived within the time specified on your tracking. Our deliveries are made between 1 to 7 days maximum.
