Shipping of your package
As soon as we receive your payment, we ship your package. Please count.
For Belgium: 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Saturday)
For Luxembourg: 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Saturday)
Due to disruptions in our delivery service, receiving your package may take a little longer than expected. Some packages may be delivered to a drop-off point instead of your delivery address, you will be notified directly by the carrier. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We advise you to track your order in case your package has not arrived within 7 days, please send us an e-mail to contact@lookhippiechic.com .
Shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the package or the amount of your basket and your country. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped with insurance, depending on the carrier the amount of insurance will vary.
The box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
For the return, if you choose Mondial Relay, we do not take charge of the return. You will have to return your items to us by the carrier of your choice.
By PostNL and DHL express, the returns will be executed by us, you will have to inform us by e-mail.
It is important to indicate in your requests, your order reference, we will find your order quickly.
